CueMix FX May Display an Error Message in 64-bit Windows
An error message may be displayed when opening CueMix FX in 64-bit Windows, and the error can be fixed by executing the driver installer again in the repair mode.
On some 64-bit Windows 7, Vista, or XP systems, CueMix FX may display one of the following error messages after installing a new version of the MOTU FireWire and USB audio drivers:

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. -
The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.
If you see this error message, you can correct the problem by following these steps:
- Disconnect the audio interface from the computer or turn it off.
- Open the driver installer program again. Follow the prompts.
- Choose the Repair option (rather than Change or Remove).
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete the installation.
- Reconnect the audio interface to the computer, and turn it on.
- Open CueMix FX and confirm that the error message does not appear.
