Boot up your PC without the MOTU prouduct connected/installed. If there is a chance there are older drivers for the product installed on your PC, remove these using the "add/remove program" control panel. Install the latest drivers for your MOTU product. Reboot the computer with the MOTU product attached/installed. Windows should bring up a plug and play wizard. Click through this wizard. If, upon completion of the first Wizard, a second and third Wizard appear, go thru these as well as this is a normal part of the plug and play process if you have selected multiple driver installations.
