If you've purchased an HDX-SDI video interface, your package included either an ExpressCard/34 adapter for your laptop or a PCIe card for your desktop/tower. But what if you use both a laptop and a desktop computer for video capture and editing with your HDX-SDI system? Now you can purchase each adapter card separately for only $49.95, directly from the MOTU web store.
By owning both adapters, you can use your HDX-SDI breakout interface with either computer via a simple cable swap.
